Llorente & Cuenca, a leading public relations firm in Spain, Portugal and Latin America, has acquired 70 percent of Miami-based PR firm EDF Communications, including the company’s operations in Latin America. Terms were not disclosed.
EDF’s 12 employees in Miami and additional staff in six Latin American countries will be integrated into the Llorente & Cuenca operations. The companies have had a collaborative relationship for 10 years, according to an EDF statement.
