Miami-Dade County Court Judges Ivonne Cuesta and Laura Anne Stuzin were elevated to the circuit bench Monday.
Cuesta, 44, has been on the bench since 2012. Before that, she was a Miami-Dade public defender. She earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Florida International University.
