Was anyone anticipating a US-Cuba business boom? When? Why? How can anyone "ensure" the new / coming soon regulatory framework for interactions with Cuba "is at least clear" when it has never been clear, not under any past administration? The OFAC Cuba regs have never "reflected the reality of doing business" with ANY country, whether military run or not. The only reality they reflect is that of an ever more childish and inefficient political system where a clique of "true believers (in all kinds of nonsense)" can take the whole country hostage. And still... E piu... Cuba practices predated Obama, so why are you guys fretting about them?
