A state appellate court Wednesday found ex-Broward Circuit Judge Cynthia Imperato “made several significant errors” in adjudicating a business dispute, including “walking off the bench mid-hearing.”

Imperato, who retired last year after her arrest and conviction for driving under the influence and reckless driving charges, adjudicated litigation stemming from conflicting valuations of a distribution company that E-Commerce Coffee Club attempted to purchase from Miga Holdings Inc., Global Trading & Marketing LLC, Jason Elsner, Espresso Italiano Holding LLC and Luca Minna.
