A putative class action has been filed against the ill-fated Fyre Festival, an event that was supposed to be an epic mixture of music, entertainment, food and adventure but never happened.

The lawsuit was filed Friday in the Southern District of Florida on behalf of Charlotte, North Carolina, residents Kenneth and Emily Reel against the organizers of the event, which was scheduled for two weekends — April 28-30 and May 5-7 — on Exuma in the Bahamas but was canceled.
