Palm Beach Gardens Retail Draws $44M From TIAA Affiliate

TH Real Estate pocketed a Palm Beach Gardens shopping plaza for $49.25 million.

The TIAA affiliate purchased the Promenade Shopping Plaza in a deal that closed April 21, according to Palm Beach County property records.
