With years of condominium construction trumping office development, South Florida’s office market has grown increasingly tight. Last year’s notable office deliveries included Two and Three Brickell City Centre, which added about 260,000 square feet of office space to Miami’s Brickell district. The offices were the first to rise in the financial district since 2010.
