    The state needs to really put together a specially trained criminal investigation division. They need to create a separate CONDO COURT system this secretive arbitration that DBPR does is a joke. Everything should be out in the open and an association‘s ability to get prevailing party legal fees must be tweeked if a unit owner brings a charge in good faith as determined by a judge then NO LEGAL FEES TO AN ASSOCIATION! REALLY LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD!!!!

    FINALLY!! thank you for educating owners as to the dangers of condo ownership and the complete control an assoc has over its members. I will gladly go to tallahassee and share my horror story if it means changing the laws to give police teeth to hold assoc members accountable .

    WOW---it is about time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE all have been harmed so much Financially and Mentally in Boca View Condominium!!! Look up all the cases in Palm Beach County how bad it has been for us over the last 4 years with NO HELP FROM ANYONE!!!!!
