Intellectual property attorneys of the Quito, Ecuador, firm Estudio Juridico Gallegos have departed to join the intellectual property law firm Corral & Rosales.

Although the managing partners of both firms are calling the move a merger, Estudio Juridico Gallegos (EJG) still exists and a few associates have remained there, including corporate law associate Lody Herrera, said EJG’s manager and sole partner Francisco Gallegos.
