The Florida Bar’s 2016-2017 budget projects a nearly $3 million deficit for a third consecutive year of red ink.
Yet the bar board of governors decided not to propose a dues increase to cover the deficit, sticking with annual dues of $265 a year for a 15th year and calling for a raid on reserves.
