The Florida Supreme Court disciplined five South Florida attorneys, including one who was disbarred, the Florida Bar announced Friday.
Charles McKinnon of Homestead was disbarred with an option to seek readmission after five years. He was accused of misappropriating and mishandling client trust funds, neglecting client matters and failing to comply with a grievance committee subpoena.
