Three lawsuits have been filed against the developers of the three Trump Towers in Sunny Isles Beach claiming construction defects ranging from cracked pool decks to backed-up toilets.
The master condominium association for the high-rises and the associations for Towers II and III are suing TRG Sunny Isles VI and VII Ltd., formed by the Related Group and Dezer Development to build the towers nearly a decade ago.
