The Florida Supreme Court disbarred two South Florida attorneys and publicly reprimanded two others, the Florida Bar announced Monday.

Michael J. Silver of Boca Raton was disbarred for failing to file a clemency petition after a client paid him $5,000 to do so. He refused to refund any unearned fees after taking “little or no significant action on the case” and failing to properly communicate with the client, the high court found. Silver was with the Silver Law Firm and had been practicing law since 1999.
