Former Miami City Commissioner Marc Sarnoff, who was term-limited out at City Hall, has joined Shutts & Bowen’s Miami office as a partner specializing in land use, lobbying and maritime law.
Sarnoff is banned from appearing before the commission for two years under city ethics rules. However, he is not precluded from lobbying or appearing before other city, Miami-Dade County or state agencies.
