A Port St. Lucie man with diabetes is suing Cargill Inc., alleging the conglomerate fired him after two days for seeming “shaky” at his warehouse job.

Nikolas Stahly, 21, landed the job packing supplies and carrying boxes through a temporary employment agency, Lab Support, also a defendant in the lawsuit. He told his employer he had diabetes, and he was allowed to store his blood sugar testing supplies with a human resources employee.
