Miami-Dade County Court Judge Jacqueline Schwartz will return to the bench next week after completing a 30-day suspension and receiving a public reprimand Wednesday from the Florida Supreme Court.
Schwartz appeared teary and distraught as Chief Justice Jorge Labarga read off her judicial conduct violations, which included swearing at a convenience store owner who displayed a campaign sign for her opponent in the 2014 judicial elections.
