This type of fighting should never happen among lawyers and judges. Such accusations and pitting one against the other blemishes all of us. I don‘t know or care who is right or who is wrong here. It is just plain shameful when we, as members of a truly honorable profession, and the public at large see this going on. Another example of why the current political system of electing judges is not only an insult to the judicial profession but one that just does not work. United we stand, divided we fall.

We, the all of American people, should reform a Chief Justice of Supreme Court of the United States of America because our Constitution is to have three branches that are Legislative, Executive and private law. They do not only have correspond each other but also are correspond jurisdiction again. In the meanwhile, Legislative is voted by people and Executive is too, during, the democrats party or Republicans party, it is controlling for its branch. However, Private Law is nominated by Executive and therefore, private law is had independence in all. For example, the Bush and Al Gore were not fair to Our United States Constitution and therefore, a Chief Justice should be voted by the American people, but the campaign runs for Chief Justice should not have membership of democrats or republicans parties in order to keep independent way. If the Chief Justice could not do good job, he will be fired by his people‘ ballots because a chief Justice is represented by American people who are without party when Legislative would have democrats party or Republican party that looks like Executive branch and therefore, we need a chief Justice without party because he or she can not belong to Executive who nominates him or her, so he or she should frankly do his or her job to base on our American Constitution.

Judge Bloch is one of the nicest, kindest and hard working people you will ever meet. He has the utmost respect for the law and his colleagues. He loves what he does and takes it very seriously. I think this article is about blatant bullying and every attorney/judge I know thinks this is immature and ridiculous. I‘m sure this ‘manbully‘ thought he was genius getting a hispanic woman to run against Judge Bloch. As a woman I find this offensive. Forget about all of that though, just check their qualifications, education and her online reviews. They‘re terrible.
