Miami-Dade County Court Judge Jacqueline Schwartz’s 30-day unpaid suspension will start Nov. 6, the Florida Supreme Court announced Tuesday.
Schwartz was issued the suspension after the high court found she committed ethics violations, including visiting a Miami KWIK Stop convenience store and cursing at the owner for displaying a rival’s campaign sign and refusing to post one of hers.
