The banksters are continuing to commit the largest fraud upon the American people . Fraudulent documents that have both forgeries of owners names and fraudulent stamped TA DA endorsements are being used as evidence to fraudulently foreclose and steal homes from homeowners across this nation. Bank of America LIED to the attorney generals about modifying loans they illegally acquired and handed them off to Green Tree, Nationstar, Ocwen, etc to foreclose....with their forged, pseudo-documents being submitted to the courts as evidence. It‘s sad because most homeowners don‘t even bother to fight it and aren‘t even aware of the FRAUD and CRIME that are being committed against them."Courts in New York convicted MERS and associates of putting over 60 million illegal mortgages into the system. These transactions were illegal because the county recorder‘s offices were bypassed. Forgery, fraud and deception were employed to generate transactions with terms that couldn‘t be satisfied. Ocwen Financial, a member of MERS and associates, was found guilty of reverse redlining in minority communities, in 49 states. Ocwen is still in business and is being purchased by JP Morgan. Bill Erbey, former CEO will have to step aside. He should be in jail and all of the mortgages should be voided...All 60 million of them!!!Henry Paulson shut down the Office of Thrift Supervision to facilitate the illegal activity that took place between 2006 and 2009." (credit given to Allen, hope he doesn‘t mind)Read, "Real Estate Crisis or Government Sanctioned Racketeering?"THe icing on the cake for the criminals: Look up Amanda Bishop. She was just recently given a jail term due to falsifying bank statements and giving them to the courts as evidence. HELLO??????? The banksters have handed over thousands and thousands of FAKED, FORGED, FRAUDULENT documents and NOT ONE has been given a jail term. You REALLY have to wonder WTF is going on???????"

@Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.,I share the same opinion with Rich Rendina, every attorney working for servicers helping them steal homes are whores. If at your firm that is what you do, than all of you are whores. You have no ethics, no principles and no morals. If you Jesus was next to you, would you use him as your witness? He would not use your script. He would testify the truth.I am so glad David Stern was disbarred. TO bad it was only a slap on his hands. For what he did, he should be in jail for life. Never the less, he will pay and will burn in hell with every member of your firm. All of you are (IMHO) are an embarrassment to your families and to human race.

@Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., Why would anyone call you with any questions? So you can spoon feed lies? I have had experience with Ocwen and their lies. They are nothing but thugs who steal what does not belong to them. IMHO, they do not only lie to homeowners but event to their investors. Ocwen Financial and Assurant have reached an agreement to settle charges that the embattled mortgage servicer profited from kickbacks on force-placed insurance policies with struggling homeowners.:nationalmortgagenews.com/news/distressed/ocwen-assurant-near-150m-settlement-in-class-action-lawsuit-1049970-1.htmlThe settlement, filed in federal court earlier this week, would provide $140 million in monetary relief to nearly 400,000 borrowers. It would also provide an additional $10 million for legal fees and expenses. At issue in the class-action suit are insurance policies placed on foreclosed properties, to cover hazard, flood, flood-gap and wind insurance. Plaintiffs in the case accused Ocwen of inflating premiums and profiting from kickbacks through an arrangement with Assurant, the New York-based insurance provider that administered the policies.

Clearly, witness preparation is common to a litigation practice, this is nothing more than "grandstanding" by Tom Ice. Moreover, if he really believed his own rhetoric, he obviously has a duty to report an attorney for any wrongdoing to the bar pursuant to the rules.

  • Rich Rendina

Tom Ice and his staff have been fighting in court for homeowners for years. He is a legal warrior and has attacked firms like this for fraud, soliciting perjury, using fraudulent forged documents, robo-signing and robo-testifying. The circuit courts have unfortunately "carved out" new rules of procedure in their "rocket dockets" ...not rules of Civil Procedure, but bank bought Rules of Foreclosure Procedure, changing the rules to assist the bankster-gangsters and their legal whores in order to eliminate the case from their docket. Finally the appellate courts are waking up with opinions reversing the travesty of outrageous lower court rulings.

  • Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB) has done nothing wrong. It is unfortunate that Thomas Ice has taken information which he knew was protected by the attorney-client and/or work product privileges and attempted to improperly use such information to his advantage. QPWB is diligent about staying on top of recent case developments and proactively keeps its attorneys and clients up-to-date on such changes. Foreclosure law is an ever-changing practice area and our firm takes pride in making sure its attorneys and clients are current on the law. Mr. Ice’s use of privileged work-product documents stretches the bounds of ethical behavior. For any questions relating to this matter, please feel free to contact us at fs@qpwblaw.com.
