With deep-pocketed buyers knocking at the door, a landlord and tenant wrestled in court for control of a valuable site in Miami’s Design District that sold for $16 million to Thor Equities LLC and ASB Real Estate Investments.
Thor extended its buying spree in the neighborhood by acquiring a three-parcel property with a 4,174-square-foot commercial building and parking lot along Northeast 40th and 39th streets near Dacra’s proposed luxury retail center.
