Longtime Miami developer Melo Group has acquired a block in central Miami west of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the Daily Business Review has learned.
The acquisition, in an increasingly hot neighborhood where some landlords are reluctant to sell, adds to the Melo’s holdings in that corner of the city. The company is building a rental tower at 245 NE 14th St. and is seeking upzoning for another project at 47-65 NE 14th St.
