David Boden became the ninth lawyer Thursday to plead guilty to a crime tied to ex-law firm chairman’s Scott Rothstein’s criminal empire.
Boden, who faces up to five years in prison, entered the plea to wire fraud conspiracy in West Palm Beach federal court. He was general counsel at Rothstein’s defunct Fort Lauderdale law firm, Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler.
