Basketball legend Michael Jordan had no interest, but two men claimed His Airness planned to invest in their startup television network and production company, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission complaint filed in Miami federal court.
That and other allegedly false claims resulted in civil charges filed against Vision Broadcast Network CEO Erick Laszlo Mathe, 42, of North Miami Beach and consultant Ashif Jiwa, 55, of Miami Beach.
