One of Broward County’s more accomplished county court judges drew two formidable challengers.
Ian Richards, a former prosecutor, has presided over misdemeanor domestic violence court since he was elected to the bench in 2008. His opponents are Jonathan Kasen, a Fort Lauderdale solo practitioner who sued Casey Anthony, and Claudia Robinson, a former police union attorney who specializes in government law.
