Former Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega is suing a video game manufacturer for using his image without permission in its wildly popular “Call of Duty: Black Ops II” game.
The litigation was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court is against California-based Activision Blizzard Inc, according Courthouse News Service.
