    ughsicles -- I think you are overlooking the fact that downtown Miami is increasingly self-contained, and downtown residents don‘t care as much about the rest of the city

    Seems admirable until you remember that Miami still doesn‘t have a viable public transportation system. That is a problem that needs to be fixed before this City can reach the potential this building is trying to tap into.
