The Deal: The Jones Day partner represented Minto Group Inc. in its $51 million purchase of the more than 3,700-acre Callery-Judge Grove agricultural site in Loxahatchee. A company managed by Coconut Creek-based Minto acquired the site from Callery-Judge Grove LP on Sept. 19. It obtained a $25.5 million mortgage from the Prudential Insurance Co. of America for the 4000 Seminole Pratt Whitney Road purchase.
