Interport Logistics LLC has signed a 146,788-square-foot industrial lease at the Prologis Beacon Lakes Business Park west of Florida’s Turnpike.
The Miami-based international logistics firm plans to use the distribution facility at the corner of Northwest 25th Street and 129th Avenue to service its growing customer base in the Caribbean and Central America, according to a statement from Miami brokerage and advisory firm State Street Realty, which represented landlord Prologis in the transaction. Lease terms were not disclosed.
