A former Miami legal secretary for Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman has filed suit against the firm, claiming she was fired after asking for two years of unpaid overtime.
The lawsuit filed Jan. 22 in Broward Circuit Court was removed to federal court Feb. 11 by Kasowitz Benson and has been assigned to U.S. District Judge Robin Rosenbaum.
