The developer behind the proposed Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort has told public officials that his project is moving forward.
Hollywood developer Lon Tabatchnick appeared before the Hollywood City Commission and Community Redevelopment Agency on Wednesday to report on the status of the planned 350-room resort on city-owned land along the Broadwalk on Hollywood beach at A1A and Johnson Street.
