Palm Beach Circuit Judge James Martz is the new administrative judge of the criminal justice complex in West Palm Beach.
Martz, who moved from the Delray Beach courthouse, took over administrative duties as well as criminal, family and juvenile cases in the complex at 3228 Gun Club Road.
