A company managed by New York-based Jordache Enterprises has acquired a pair of Ocean Drive hotels for $18.3 million, according to Miami-Dade County records.
Nakash Strand LLC purchased the properties at 1052 and 1060 Ocean Drive. The Nov. 16 deal was recorded by the county on Dec. 8.
