A federal judge on Thursday closed the tumultuous 3½-year-old prosecutorial misconduct claim centered on two Miami federal prosecutors.
U.S. District Judge Jose E. Martinez did not elaborate in a two-page order closing the case just hours after a hearing in which lawyers for the prosecutors said they had been punished enough through bad publicity.
