Governor Rick Scott has named Edward L. Artau, Debra A. Jenks, and Keith E. Sonderling to the Fourth District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission.
Artau is a senior litigation attorney at the South Florida Water Management District in West Palm Beach. He was with Marks & Artau until 2004 and formerly was with Proskauer Rose and Hodgson Russ. Artau has served twice on the Palm Beach Circuit JNC. He succeeds Gordon James III of Sedgwick.
