Former Akerman Senterfitt shareholder Michael R. Goldstein has established his own law firm, the Goldstein Environmental Law Firm in Miami.
Goldstein focuses on providing legal counsel on environmental redevelopment, cleanup of contaminated sites for reuse and redevelopment of old gas station sites, landfills, nurseries and golf courses. Clients include Miami, Fort Lauderdale and North Miami Beach. He is currently working on a former landfill site near Palm Beach International Airport containing medical waste and military disposal.
