Dealmakers: Robi Das, David Larson and David Preston
The Deal: The owner of the National Hotel in South Beach obtained a $26.5 million refinancing from UBS Real Estate Securities on April 27. New National LLC, managed by veteran real estate investor Delphine Dray, has owned the 151-room hotel at 1677 Collins Ave. since 2007. The three brokers from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Dray’s company in obtaining the 10-year fixed-rate conduit mortgage. They declined to disclose the interest rate.
