Jones Day is advising Verizon Communications on the company’s agreement to sell 29 data centers located in the U.S. and Latin America to data services giant Equinix.
Equinix, represented by Davis Polk & Wardwell, agreed to pay $3.6 billion in an all-cash transaction that is scheduled to close by the middle of next year.
