It’s not every day that Brevard Circuit Court sees a case involving Apple Inc., a $356 million corporate takeover and a shareholder dispute.
But after Apple’s 2012 purchase of Melbourne, Florida-based fingerprint technology company AuthenTec, the court became host to years of litigation that ended in a $10 million settlement for AuthenTec shareholders.
