An attorney who hid law firm revenue to dodge more than $900,000 in taxes faces sentencing before U.S. District Judge Robin Rosenberg.

Trust and estate attorney Kathleen Kozinski pleaded guilty to criminal information, charging her with two counts of filing false tax returns for 2008 and 2011. She agreed under a plea agreement to pay $923,695 in restitution to the Internal Revenue Service for unpaid and underreported taxes for 2007-2012, according to the U.S. State Attorney’s office.
