A jury has sided with an employer in a wage-and-hour dispute.

Truck driver Diedrich Mayorga alleged he worked an average of 98 hours per week for Stamp Concrete & Pavers Inc. but was only paid an average of $25 per hour for the first 56 hours per week. He also alleged he was never paid the extra half-time rate for the first 16 hours worked over 40 hours per week and nothing for the remaining 42 hours per week. Mayorga sued the company and its owner.
