Former Broward Circuit Judge Laura Watson has appealed her removal from the bench to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Watson, who is representing herself, based her petition for a writ of certiorari on whether the Florida Supreme Court legislated judicial eligibility requirements by allowing the state Judicial Qualifications Commission to investigate her work as an attorney after she was elected to the bench.
