A Fort Lauderdale federal judge on Friday dismissed two shareholder class actions against mortgage servicer Ocwen Financial Corp.
The securities fraud complaints allege Ocwen misled shareholders about mortgage servicing operations, its conflict of interest policies and performance from April 2013 to October 2014. One of the actions was filed by Ocwen shareholders, and the other was filed by shareholders of a spinoff company, Altisource Portfolio Solutions SA.
