The owners of five units at the 40-unit Tropicana midrise condominium in Sunny Isles Beach triumphed over the condo association in a fight over who would control the potential sale of the community next to the proposed luxury Ritz-Carlton Residences.
Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Rosa Rodriguez on Monday ruled in favor of minority owners Eduardo Klinger, Tropical Condominium LLC, Buster Resources LLC and 900 Residential Investment, which sued the association for declaratory relief Jan. 7.
