Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod lost former Judge David Gersten on Wednesday a day after top rainmaker Marty Steinberg announced he was leaving with four attorneys.
Gersten, former chief judge in the Third District Court of Appeal and a four-year partner at Bilzin Sumberg, left the Miami firm to join Gordon & Rees starting Monday.
