The state Judicial Qualifications Commission is recommending a 20-day unpaid suspension for Broward Circuit Judge Cynthia Imperato following a misdemeanor drunken-driving conviction.
Under a stipulated agreement released Monday, she also agreed to a public reprimand, $5,000 fine and alcohol treatment based on her 2013 arrest in Boca Raton.
