After two special committees spent almost a decade obtaining and analyzing the facts about climate change and sea level rise, on Jan. 21, the Miami-Dade County Commission passed six resolutions that will cause the county to take the next step toward finding and implementing a solution.
Just as Doug Lawrence of 5 Stone Green Capital predicted in a national real estate investor article published the same day, Miami’s policy-makers passed the following Resolutions to address climate change issues in Miami-Dade County:
