Miami-Dade County Court Judge Jacqueline Schwartz has agreed to a reprimand for ethics violations, according to documents released Tuesday by the Florida Supreme Court.
The agreement was announced after the state Judicial Qualifications Commission voted Jan. 30 to pursue charges against Schwartz. The Supreme Court will decide whether to accept or reject the commission’s recommendation based on findings that Schwartz violated six rules of judicial conduct.
