An appellate panel rejected Broward Circuit Judge Laura Watson’s attempt to stop the garnishment of funds she held in Bank of America accounts.
Watson, who is facing possible removal from the bench based on a Judicial Qualifications Commission recommendation, appealed the order of Palm Beach Circuit Judge Catherine Brunson, who denied Watson’s motion to dissolve a writ of garnishment.
