A plan to create a six-acre mixed-used development on the Intracoastal Waterway in Palm Beach Gardens is a step closer to fruition with the sale of the iconic Panama Hattie’s restaurant and bar.
North Palm Beach-based Allied Capital & Development closed on the former restaurant site, a 1.2-acre parcel at 11511 Ellison Wilson Road, plus adjacent parcels south of PGA Boulevard., in a deal worth more than $10 million. It was represented by Robert Hamman of Sperry Van Ness Florida Commercial Real Estate Advisors.
