I echo what Arturo S said and add that you cannot impose orders on people, and potentially sanction them, if she herself cannot stay in the inpatient facility that she VOLUNTARILY walked away from.
Now, what‘s she going to do to those that refuse her orders, give them another chance, and another, and another - just like she is being asked from the JQC?

Judges have to tread carefully, thinking that they are immune to the system that they manipulate, will come back to bite them in the Robes.

There are other Judges (Godfrey) that have some secrets - like using the Attorney General‘s office to represent them in private lawsuits that will be coming out shortly.

How can we have an obviously unstable chemically dependent Judge render decisions that affect the lives and property of the citizens when she can‘t control her own behavior, come on now , its time to checkin to long time rehab and forget about the judiciary.
